INGREDIENTS:
  • 3-4 tbsps of your favorite Smokehead whisky
  • 100ml double cream
  • 50ml of stock
  • Knob of butter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Season with salt and pepper
PREPERATION
  1. Heat your pan to a medium heat. Add the butter and melt
  2. Now add in your favorite Smokehead whisky.
  3. Add the cream, stock, and mustard. Continue to stir and allow to thicken and reduce.
  4. Add the salt and pepper.
  5. If you would like a stronger whisky taste, then you can add a further dash of Smokehead at the end.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
